Returns & Exchanges - Ready To Ship

We are happy to accept returns from our Ready to Ship range, as long as the item has not been worn and is still in it's original packaging. We offer refunds, exchanges or store credits. Our refund & exchange policy is 3 days from the date you receive your jewellery so please contact us with your request within this timeframe.

We do not cover postage for any items being returned to us and we recommend using recorded/registered mail when sending items back as we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. If you are exchanging for another item, you must include a prepaid return envelope for your exchange piece. If you require a refund, there will be a $10 re-stock fee deducted from the refund amount. Store credits are issued electronically. 

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we will offer you a refund, credit note or exchange, provided you return the item to us in it's original condition and packaging.

We will accept exchanges on sale items, but do not accept full returns on sale, reduced or custom/customised items. All purchases of sale items are final.

Jewellery Care

We source gemstones and metals from all across the globe to make our jewellery. We like to use natural gemstones (colours may vary to those pictured on website due to the stones organic nature) and our pieces are made with sterling silver, 14k gold fill, gold plate and solid gold

Sterling silver is a popular metal choice that is long lasting but can tarnish over time. To keep this from happening to your silver jewellery, make sure you store it in a dry and cool place (away from sunlight) when not wearing it, and that it is separate from other jewellery pieces. If it does tarnish, silver jewellery is easy to clean with a polishing cloth or a solution of warm, soapy water.

Gold filled jewellery is an amazing, quality alternative to solid gold. It is a layer of gold (typically 5% of the item's total weight) pressure bonded to either silver or a base metal. Gold fill jewellery is tarnish resistant and can be worn by people who have metal allergies.

Gold vermeil jewellery is when a layer of gold is plated onto sterling silver. Over time, and dependent on how often the jewellery is worn, gold plating can wear off or tarnish and often, it will need to be re-plated.

Solid gold jewellery is generally hallmarked with a karat stamp. Gold jewellery is not pure gold. Because pure gold is too soft to be worn everyday, it is essential to create a metal mixture when using gold for jewellery. Gold is an alloy composition made of gold and durable metals like zinc, nickel, silver and copper, and white gold usually has a rhodium plating. This sturdy blend is resistant to corrosion, rust and tarnish. 

 

Warranty Information

All online jewellery purchases come with a 6 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by our workshop to be faulty.

This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery, and therefore, is not covered by warranty. Any repairs requested after the offered 6 month warranty period will incur repair and postage fees. Repairs required after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear.  Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Faulty Items & Repairs

All jewellery undertakes quality control before leaving our studio. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault. If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a replacement if the product was purchased within 6 months. To notify us of the fault, please contact us and include the below information:

  • Your order # or proof of purchase details
  • Your full name
  • Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description of the issue

Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Although our jewellery is made for everyday wear, we cannot guarantee against chain breakage or general wear and tear. We recommend you keep your jewellery in it's packaging when you're not wearing it to help protect it. We never recommend wearing any of your jewellery when showering or swimming (salt & chlorine water) or preforming physical activity. Also be conscious of applying perfumes, oils and body lotions when wearing your jewellery.

On a case by case basis, some repairs may incur a fee. We do not offer free returns; for repairs a postage fee of $10 will be charged.
