Delivery

We generally fulfil online orders within 1-2 business days, but if we happen to be out of stock and need to make your piece then please allow 10-14 days for your item to be lovingly created and shipped. If you are unsure if an item is in stock, please contact us.

Shipping within Australia is free (with purchases over $50) and we deliver via Australia Post Parcel Post which takes 2-5 business days. You can purchase express shipping for an additional $15 which has a delivery time of 1-2 days. Alternatively, when you spend over $250, you automatically quality for free express shipping.

We also ship to most international countries via Australia Post pack & track ($30 charge applies). Purchases over $250 AUD will be automatically upgraded to free international shipping. Transit times can vary but usually an international shipment takes 7-14 days. Please note that we are not responsible for delays at customs or for import duty/taxes.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges or store credits on our products (excluding personalised or custom made), as long as the item has not been worn and is still in it's original packaging. Our exchange policy is 7 days from the date you receive your jewellery so please contact us with your exchange request within this timeframe. We do not cover postage for any items being returned to us and we recommend using recorded/registered mail when sending items back as we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. If you are exchanging for another item, you must include a prepaid return envelope for your exchange piece. Store credits are issued electronically. 

Returns

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we will offer you a credit note or exchange, provided you return the item to us in it's original condition and packaging.

Our returns policy is 7 days from the date you receive your jewellery so please contact us with your return request within this timeframe. We do not cover postage for any items being returned to us and we recommend using recorded/registered mail when sending items back as we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. 

We do not accept returns, exchanges or store credits on sale, reduced or custom/customised items. All purchases of sale items are final.
