Each appointment takes 15 minutes and we advise you arrive before your allocated time. We allow 5 minutes if you're running late otherwise you will need to rebook.  

We can WELD one piece of permanent jewellery, per appointment. If you'd like more than one then you will need to book an additional appointment.

If you are booking a WELD. with Zoe Alexandria experience with a friend then you will each need to book a seperate time slot.

By booking a WELD. with Zoe Alexandria appointment, you are adhering to our terms & conditions

Your $49 booking fee will be credited towards your final purchase at the time of your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24h prior your booked time. Any cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee.

All WELD. with Zoe Alexandria pieces are deemed custom and once the chain is cut there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are considered final.

Chain, charm & connector options are subject to availability at time of appointment.

We offer a 2 week warranty on all WELD by Zoe Alexandria pieces. The warranty only covers the welded jumpring, it does not cover chain breakage due to misuse. There is no charge to re-WELD faulty pieces. Breakages outside of the 2 week warranty will incur a $15 repair fee. If you have lost your chain, you will need to repurchase. Please contact us to discuss your warranty options.
