BEHIND THE BRAND
Zoë Alexandria Jewellery
Hey, I'm Zoë.
I've been obsessed with jewellery since I was a kid — but it wasn't until I started making it myself that I understood why. Polished, perfect, picture-ready pieces never really interested me. I was always drawn to the rough edges. The marks left by hand. The bit that looks like someone actually made it.
So that's what I make. Raw, sandcast pieces, often using gold that already has a past — old rings, broken chains, jewellery that's been sitting in a drawer doing nothing. I melt it down and turn it into something you'll actually want to wear.
I'm not interested in picture-perfect. I'm interested in real.
Rough Around The Edges, On Purpose
Most fine jewellery is polished until every trace of the human hand disappears. Mine isn't.
My pieces are sandcast — a process that leaves a raw, slightly textured finish, with small variations from one piece to the next. That's not a flaw we're covering up. It's the whole reason the process exists.
We're not chasing trends or churning out new drops every month. Each piece is made to be worn for years, not just for a season.
Where The Gold Comes From
A lot of what I make starts with metal that already exists — old jewellery, unworn pieces, gold that's been sitting in a drawer for years. Rather than mining more, I melt down what's already out there and give it a second life.
When I do use new materials, we're upfront about where they come from and how they're sourced. No vague claims — just straight answers if you ask.
No Smoke and Mirrors
I'll tell you what something's made of, how it's made, and what it costs to make it — no vague claims, no marketing spin.
If you ask a question, you'll get a straight answer. That's it.
// HOW IT'S MADE
Every piece is made with real attention — from delicate everyday pieces to bolder statement designs. Nothing leaves the studio without me checking it myself.
// WHY PEOPLE COME BACK
You're not just buying a piece of jewellery — you're dealing directly with the person who made it. If you have a question, you ask me. If something's not right, you tell me, and we fix it.
// FOLLOW ALONG
We share the process on social — the studio, the work in progress, the occasional mess. Real, not polished.
