Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are a great option if you know someone who loves our jewellery, but you're not exactly sure what piece they want! We have two options for gift certificate purchases - a digital certificate, or a gift box.
Digital Certificate
Available in denominations from $50-$500, digital gift certificates are delivered by email (you can either send it directly to the recipient, or forward it yourself) and contain instructions on how to redeem at checkout. Digital gift certificates have no additional processing fees and are great if you need to purchase at the last minute!
Gift Box
Our Gift Box option is a more personalised way to show someone you care. Also available in denominations from $50-$500, this option involves sending a physical gift box (so your recipient has something to unwrap) with a personalised gift card. Gift boxes incur an additional postage fee of $10.
Both the digital certificate and gift box are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are redeemable online.

ETHICAL JEWELLERY – All of Zoë Alexandria’s raw materials and stones are traceable, ethically sourced and sustainably produced.
RECYCLED JEWELLERY - Zoë Alexandria’s recycling initiative encourages you to rummage through your jewellery box for any old pieces that we can turn into something new. So that engagement ring that represented heartbreak could soon signify a new beginning, or instead a timeless bond between the old and the new.

Every purchase comes with a microfibre jewellery pouch inside one of our branded jewellery boxes.
If you're purchasing this item as a gift and would like it wrapped with ribbon, please select the 'This is a gift please add ribbon' option when adding to cart. You can also leave a note at checkout if you wish to include a message for the lucky recipient.
Returns, Care & Warranty

Our Ready to Ship items are generally processed in 1-2 business days.
Items from our Made to Order range require up to three weeks to be lovingly handcrafted before they are carefully packaged and shipped.
